What we’re made of

We as human beings are essentially made of two components.

A material component (physical). And a non material component.

The non-material part has two components. The soul (made up of the mind, will and emotions) and our spirit (our true essence).

If you are like most people you live your life by the abilities, attributes and capacity of your souls; your mind (thinking), your will, (decisions) and emotions (inner feelings).

While you may (or may not) be living a seemingly effective life, you are living far short of how you were intended to be. Your spirit, your heart, is separated from the Life Source—God. Your spirit needs to be made alive by God. You need, as Jesus put it "to be born again".

The problem is that your spirit, the real you, which has the capacity to touch and be touched by God is separated and dead to God. This separation can only be restored through Jesus Christ.
